- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate finely chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts or 1/2 cup sprinkles for coating
Heat 1 cup heavy cream until just simmering, then pour it over 12 ounces finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth to form a ganache.
