Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • Dressing Classic Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients: cook bacon, boil eggs, and chop vegetables.
  • Arrange chopped lettuce in a large bowl or platter.
