Easy BBQ Brisket Pizza Recipe

History and Origin of Easy BBQ Brisket Pizza; Few foods capture the heart of American comfort quite like pizza and barbecue. When these two culinary icons meet, the result is a smoky, saucy, and savory delight — the BBQ Brisket Pizza. This creative twist on classic pizza showcases tender, slow-cooked brisket layered over a bed of tangy barbecue sauce, melted cheese, and a crisp crust.

  • Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  • Add your toppings — sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the sauce, then evenly distribute the brisket and red onion slices.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro after removing from the oven for a pop of color and flavor.
  • Slice and serve warm, enjoying the perfect combination of smoky, tangy, and cheesy goodness.
