- 1 cup boiling water
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup whole wheat flour or all‑purpose
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
