Ingredients
  

  • 4 large whole wheat or spinach wraps
  • 1 cup classic hummus or flavored hummus of your choice
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper any color, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • Optional extras: avocado slices shredded carrots, feta cheese crumbles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs such as cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Wash and thinly slice the cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, and red onion.
  • If using avocado, shred carrots, or crumble feta cheese, prepare them as well.

Warm the Wraps:

  • If desired, warm the wraps slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10 seconds. This makes them more pliable and easier to work with.

Spread Hummus:

  • Lay out the wraps on a clean surface.
  • Spread a generous layer of hummus over each wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the Veggies:

  • On one side of each wrap, arrange a portion of sliced cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, baby spinach, and red onion.
  • If using additional extras like avocado, shredded carrots, or feta cheese, add them as well.
