Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground meat beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and black pepper until fully mixed.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among a 12-cup muffin tin, pressing it gently into each cup.
  • Spoon a thin layer of ketchup or BBQ sauce over the tops of each mini meatloaf.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the tops begin to caramelize.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
