Simple Bread

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- - 1 packet 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
- - 1 tablespoon sugar
- - 1 teaspoon salt
- - 1 large egg
- - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
