Turkey Tacos

- 2 cups cooked shredded turkey
- 8 small taco shells hard or soft
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend
- 1/2 cup salsa
Warm the turkey:
Place the shredded turkey in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, just until warmed through. (You can also warm it in the microwave if preferred.)
Prepare taco shells:
Warm soft tortillas in a skillet or microwave, or heat hard taco shells according to package directions.
Assemble tacos:
Divide the shredded turkey evenly among all taco shells.
