Easy Pumpkin Pie

- can 15 oz pumpkin puree,
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk,
- 1 pie crust.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices.
Add eggs and mix well, then stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into the pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
