Ingredients
  

  • can 15 oz pumpkin puree,
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk,
  • 1 pie crust.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices.
  • Add eggs and mix well, then stir in evaporated milk.
  • Pour into the pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
